Hi Guys, long time no blog. This year is looking great very exciting and busy, i intend to shoot more portrait's this year in between my wedding shoots. Im a bit rusty :) so more outdoor portraits and studio shots help me to focus on my clients and their images, great for my bridal portraiture as well (coming soon watch this space).

In my area i have about five other photographers of various levels so competition is fierce and good for the soul. I was quietly chuffed with the two silvers and two bronze awards in January, but did not enter febs SWPP awards as i was busy :(

I shot this portrait session with Lorna at Bestwood Lodge, she was blown away as she is not a model just a client. It was bitter cold so i worked quickly AND MISSED LOT'S OF GREAT PICS AROUND THIS FABULOUS VENUE and i did the session in about an hour from arriving to leaving, i have uploaded a few images for viewing.
